Care
Tiralahilacha recommends checking the composition and care labels of the item, especially for Wool or Tencel garments. In general wash in cold water, at a maximum of 30°C. Use neutral, eco-friendly detergent for machine washing (use the special wool wash program) or hand wash. This way, you will prevent color loss and water pollution. Iron at medium temperature. It is recommended to iron inside out and in the shade to preserve colors for longer. In the case of wool garments, it is recommended to iron them inside out with a towel on top to protect the garment. Dry flat, never hanging, to prevent stretching and deformation.

People
Tiralahilacha’s Turina jacket is made in the brand's own workshop in Tarega, near Barcelona. It is a small workshop with just two seamstresses and a pattern maker. The area has historically been known for clothes production and Tiralahilacha are supporting their small team to continue with the skilled work that they have spent their working lives doing.
Planet
This jacket is made with a hard-wearing cotton twill that will improve with time.
The lining is made with organic cotton. Organic cotton helps farmers escape the health risks and financial burden of toxic chemicals involved in conventional cotton production. It also benefits wider communities by maintaining (rather than draining) the local water supply and keeping it clean.
The zip is nickel free. Nickel mining and refining can produce toxic waste and pollution, making nickel-free alternatives more environmentally friendly.
Tiralahilacha’s labels and the boxes used to deliver their orders are made of FSC certified recycled cardboard and paper.
Areas for development
Brothers We Stand would like to see Tiralahilacha consider the use of BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) or GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified cotton for the exterior of this style.
